The staff were friendly and extremely helpful nothing was to much trouble. The location of the hotel for the purpose of our trip was perfect. Guest parking and ease of access to the hotel was very good.

Hotel reception staff were very helpful, and coutesy bus to airport made life lot easier. Bathroom was good size, plenty of hot water

Restaurant food was over priced for portion size. Asked for Steak to be cooked blue but was cold in temperature. Waitress did get this remedied. Room aircon heating was poor.

Hotel was a little tired but very clean - staff surpassed themselves - near to the airport and the pick up service great. We will definitely use again

Promity to airport and freeway, reasonably quiet as well given location

Whilst there were plenty of pillows they were all quite hard and uncomfortable.

The rooms are very old but clean & its was a very cold night, but the heating was very good !!

The rooms are very old & tired, needs to be upgraded badly. The cost of $170.00 per night for this type of room is far too much !!

Good location near to airport. Family room good size.

Poor shower, very temperental. Also room decor extremely poor -one of the worst I've ever stayed in. The hotel needs a lot of work if it wants to continue to charge a high price.

I appreciated the comfortable beds and clean, simple decor. The staff were particularly attentive, assisting me promptly with my luggage . The free airport shuttle was convenient.

Rooms could have more towel hanging space.

The location was great and perfect, close to the train station, convenient to go everywhere. The room was spotless and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle and refrigerators. Really good and exceptional staff who were always there to help.

Before I review the hotel I would like to draw to your attention the fact that the hotel did not have any record of our booking. This concerned us greatly as we had booked various hotels throuout Australia with Booked.net. We found the staff very helpful in spite of the fact that they were not expecting us. The hotel is very well located for the airport and was both clean and tidy. The restaurant was closed for 2 weeks as all the staff were on holiday. We had a very enjoyable bar meal and breakfast was delivered to our room the previous evening.

Shower was changing temperature unpredictably was manageable when pressure was turned down but ...

The staff at quality were amazing. Every staff member was friendly and eager to help. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and the room service meals were both tasty and fairly priced. Having the airport transfer was super convenient too. We also loved relaxing at the outdoor pool.

Charming small hotel, I greatly enjoyed its perfect and magnificent location.

All the staff was caring and particularly helpful, settled my issues. The restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner, I tried freshly cooked dishes. The bathroom was large, with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was cozy throughout the hotel.
